On April 23rd, Kaos COSMOPlat's "PCBA Intelligent AOI (Automatic Optical Detection) Algorithm Model" was officially launched on the Shandong Data Trading Platform. This model can automatically detect and identify potential defects and errors through artificial intelligence algorithms, achieving quality control and defect detection. It has become the first electronic industry data product on the Shandong data trading platform, filling the industry gap in the regional service ecosystem.

Automatic Optical Inspection (AOI) is a visual inspection technology applied in the electronic manufacturing industry. Based on artificial intelligence technology and the massive image data of circuit boards and components accumulated by the platform in the PCBA manufacturing and processing industry, the Kaos PCBA intelligent AOI (Automatic Optical Inspection) algorithm model can learn and identify fault modes through big data processing and analysis of PCBA defects, establish an intelligent algorithm model, backtrack design and process, predict potential fault risks, and improve the stability and reliability of the production process. It is reported that after the application of this model, the false alarm rate of AOI devices has been optimized from an average of 3% to 0.3%, and the PCBA throughput rate has increased by 70%.



And this is also the first time that COSMOPlat has reached a data product cooperation with Shandong Data Trading Platform. As a national level dual cross platform, the platform has formed a digital ecosystem covering multiple industries such as chemical, automotive, and clothing, gathering massive industrial data and achieving deep cooperation with national level data trading institutions such as the Shanghai and Shenzhen data exchanges. At present, COSMOPlat has "D" ³ Multiple products such as OS Production Data Engine and Chemical Park Data Service Platform have been listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange and Shenzhen Stock Exchange, and have jointly established a "Data Asset Service Chain" with multiple parties, contributing platform strength to the institutional and practical exploration of industrial data application and circulation.



Not long ago, at the Kaos 2024 Digital Ecology Conference, Kaos COSMOPlat also co founded the Data Productivity Innovation Center with Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Shanghai Artificial Intelligence Research Institute, Shanghai Data Exchange, and Shanghai Lingang New Area Cross border Data Technology Co., Ltd.
