1785-L40C15 is a high-performance programmable logic controller (PLC) that belongs to Allen Bradley's PLC-5 series. This controller has dual ControlNet communication interfaces, meeting a maximum controller memory requirement of up to 48KWord, and can handle 2048 I/O or 2048 inputs and 2048 outputs in complementary mode. In addition, it can also be compatible with various distributed I/O platforms (such as Bulletin 1771 I/O, 1794 I/O, etc.), achieving a flexible distributed I/O architecture.
The 1785-L40C15 controller is also equipped with a battery to retain data in the processor's random access memory (RAM), ensuring that data is not lost in the event of a power outage or restart.
