CC-PAIN01 Card module

CC-PAIN01 is a brand new card module produced by Honeywell. This module has special process requirements and is mainly used for grinding various cylindrical rollers with medium convexity or concavity (roll shape curve) in rolling machines. It is designed specifically for the specialized grinding machine series, with multiple motion axes including longitudinal Z-axis, transverse X-axis, U-axis of eccentric sleeve, X1 and X2 axes of measuring device, as well as rotation of workpiece and grinding wheel.

In order to meet the special requirements of complex roll shape and high precision control, Honeywell has developed a new generation of nanoscale CNC system based on the SINUMERIK840D platform. This system is combined with traditional roller processing technology to achieve high-speed and high-precision grinding control of roller at the nanoscale (10-6mm).

CC-PAIN01 is a brand new card module produced by Honeywell. In order to meet the special requirements of complex roll shape and high precision control, Honeywell has developed a new generation of nanoscale CNC system based on the SINUMERIK840D platform. It uses the usual unit of input for CNC commands, performs precise position calculations in nanometers, and outputs position commands to control the motion of each servo axis. This "nanoscale interpolator" and the high-speed and highly responsive servo controller that executes this command ensure the accuracy and efficiency of machining.

In addition, CC-PAIN01 also has excellent performance in data electrical interfaces and fiber optic interfaces. The data electrical interface adopts a 9-pin Sub-D socket connector, supports the Profibus DP bus standard, and has multiple communication rate options. At the same time, the module also has functions such as lightning protection, overcurrent protection, and surge protection, ensuring stable operation in industrial environments. Fiber optic interfaces support both multimode and single-mode fibers, with longer transmission distances and lower bit error rates.

In terms of application areas, although analog input modules are commonly used in various industrial and manufacturing fields, such as chemical, power, pharmaceutical, food processing, building automation, etc., CC-PAIN01, as a module designed specifically for grinding and rolling machines, may be more inclined towards industries that require high-precision grinding processing such as steel and mechanical manufacturing.
