Tank area, batching/mixing, filling/distribution, weight inspection, weight level, and force measurement applications: The IS2020RKPSG3A universal weight controller is only 3 inches deep and is the first product in Hardy Instruments' new modular controller series. It now supports Allen Bradley remote I/O (RIO) network communication and can directly replace some competitors' weighing instruments with RIO.
Operation control of regeneration filter or reactor: As a regeneration filter, IS2020RKPSG3A is an operator control that initiates process tasks without a batch management system. Its controller based program can sort multiple process tasks, such as regeneration filters or reactors. Compared to custom programming, it can reduce project development work by up to 90%.
Sequential control device: IS2020RKPSG3A has user oriented instructions and a dedicated memory for storing user programs. The user control logic is implemented in software and is suitable for situations where the action of the control object is complex and the control logic needs to be flexibly changed. It can be connected to specialized programming machines, programmers, personal computers, and other devices, and can easily achieve program display, editing, diagnosis, storage, and transmission operations. At the same time, it operates without vibration or noise, has strong anti-interference ability, and can work stably and reliably in poor environmental conditions (such as dust, high temperature, humidity, etc.).
Power supply for VME rack power supply: IS2020RKPSG3A is one of the seven main versions of VME rack power supply, with a rated output power of 400W and a rated input voltage of 125Vdc. It has one status ID output, one remote+28V PSA output, and five other+28V PSA outputs.
