S-D4012 Control pulse timer module

Reliance Electric S-D4012 is a control pulse timer module designed specifically for industrial automation applications. It has a Magnetic Pickup Unit (MPU) for detecting the speed of the prime mover and converting the speed into signals that can be processed by the S-D4012 internal circuit. In addition, the module also includes components such as frequency voltage converters, speed comparators, speed adders/amplifiers, and actuator valves for locating fuel or steam mechanisms. These components work together to ensure that the S-D4012 control pulse timer can be precisely controlled and adjusted based on the speed and other parameters of the prime mover.

Desciption

S-D4012 supports multiple communication interfaces, facilitating integration and data exchange with other devices. It can be powered by 10-24 Vac or 12-32 Vdc through low-voltage power terminals. This controller has multiple process outputs, including two SPDT relays for direct control of pumps, valves, or alarms powered by the main power supply, as well as a collector open circuit transistor for connection to programmable logic controllers (PLCs), building management systems (BMS), or driving more valves or pumps through external relays. It also has remote monitoring function, which is carried out through the RS485 serial communication port. In addition, S-D4012 also features a safe, smooth, and rounded design that can be easily placed in a pocket, suitable for various industrial automation and intelligent manufacturing scenarios.
